Zoloft Generic?

Hi, I switched to the generic form of zoloft last week, Sertraline (100mg daily). I have been on Zoloft for over a year. About 2 days after taking it, I began to have the exact same symptoms as when I would miss a dose … dizzy, headache, anxious, cold sweats … not fun. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Maybe I should give it more time, the price difference is huge, but I hate feeling like this. Thanks in advance for you replies.

Some people cannot take generics. the active ingredient in the drug is not always the exact same amount as the original or the binders that hold the drug in pill form may be different. You may have to go back to the original (tradename). talk to your MD.
