Zinc Sweating
The inside of my shirts are light blue except armpits & my bedding where I lay is too. So I am sweating blue?
My armpits do sweat the normal yellowish color. Very odd I know. I highly doubt this could be from taking supplements but for info purposes… I am currently taking calcium, biotin, green source multi vitamin, zinc, potassium magnesium aspartate, glutamine, and creatine. I drink about 130 oz of water a day.

what you are experiencing is commonly known as smurfitis, soon you will be experiencing a distinct attraction to smurfette and the obsession of living in a toadstool, beware tho, gargamole and azriel are lurking behind you.
Within a week or two you will suddenly shrink to 4 inches tall and start using the word ‘smurf’ in everything.
