    Hi!
For years and years I’ve been having the same issues as described: mainly sweating a lot in my face, upper lip, in later stages my chest, back, arms, crack and if it’s really bad; arms and legs…
Probably the only thing where I never really experience excessive sweat are my feet and/or hands.
I’m always warm/hot and what triggers my sweating (most noticebly my face and upper lip) are sudden changes in temperature, embarrassment, stress, etc. When it starts its a lot worse if I’m standing.
I’ve been in sales for a long time and it is not positive to have a sweaty forehead and upper lip if you are trying to sell stuff.

Like most people, I have my tricks/tics to try and hide it, but sometimes it just gets to be ridiculous: in a bar/club, sweat dripping down nose, chin, over my face, ears, scalp.
I have thin hair, used to be top fit and skinny, now a bit overweight and not so in shape. Results are the same.

Any advise on how to stop this (please don’t advise me to use handkerchiefs, stand in front of a fan, etc.)

If I’m at my worst, dripping with sweat, I need to find cold running water to run it over my hands (outside and in) and wrists. This seems to help.

    Regards,
    Jaco
