I’m feeling a panick attack, i know what triggered it [i read an article about thyroid cancer and their symptoms]. I’m a hyperchondriac and phobic of anything medical [so i haven't been to a doctor]. Right I’m breathing so rapidly, heart pounding so fast, sweating. i really need to calm down. I haven’t had an attack in 6 months. please give me adice…
