i had a sweat rash round the groin and it has left a mark helpp!!!!! please?
it still gets a lil sweaty but no where near as bad and it seems to have scarred please help im 18 and to embarrised to go gp
This is very common when the groin area becomes or remains moist/sweaty for long periods of time. Try to keep the area washed and most importantly dry. you can use talc, but a better cure would be to apply caneston cream until the rash disappears.
Dress fabrics that will not show sweat stains?
I was invited to be my brother’s soon to be wife’s bridesmaid. She wants the bridesmaids to wear a champagne colored dress. The only probably is I have hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating on palms, underarms, feet, lower back and groin area). I need a dress that will not show sweat stains once I start sweating.
What are the best fabrics to choose from?
Satin

silk

I’d go for crepe with a chiffon overlay — but it would be kinder if she’d let you choose a dark colored dress or a wild print.
Most satins waterspot; taffeta is prone to “seam slippage”, in which even slightly stressed seams disintegrate, and it can be worse if the fabric is damp. Silk is a fiber, and can be made into any of the listed fabrics, and many, many more.
Chiffon is non-absorbent, and will tend to disguise discolorations.
