Iphone Sweat

Iphone Sweat
my iphone got wet from my sweat how do i fix it?

i went to the club and i put my iphone in my bra face down. then when i wanted to use it th screen was black and a red light with a backwards c was on. how do i fix this.

you will need these items
1-white sticker ( the one you use for yard sale price tag )
2-thin wire ( from your trash bag)
3-Scisor
4-Flash Light

There are two sensor on your iphone here’s my best suggestion check which one turns red/pink etc. u will need a flash ligh to check it…one on the usb connector and one at the head phone plug now, on my experience apple don’t apply any wet iphone warranty as soon as they see that your sensor turns red they will automatically reject your iphone. your first choice are silica gel and white rice you need to leave your iphone sit with on one of these two item for couple of days without a temptations of turning your iphone on at a short period of time…if these don’t work for you-
OPTION 2
( These only applies at the usb sensor Ok basically what your are attempting to do it here is patching the red sensor over so that the apple tech wouldn’t reject your warranty )

Now, for me this what i did i took a white sticker ( those white sticker you use when you have a yard sale to put prices on ) cut it exactly the same diameter as the hole you will see it by using a flash light…these may take a lot of try before you can actually get a perfect one….you will also need a thin wire….you know those trash wire that you usually throw away u will need it at these time…u will need to strip the paper from the wire….now use the wire to push the white sticky paper in do not over do it though because it will the scratch paper now check it with the flash light if you can see any red you will have to do it over again take the sticky white paper out by using the trash wire….now if your sensor at your head phone also turns red go to you tube there’s people in there that can guide you step by step doing these…good luck!!!!!

What do I do with my sweat soaked gym clothes?

After I do a bunch of cardio my clothes are completely drenched in sweat. I take them off and shower, but I’m not sure what to do with them. They just stay wet and start to smell if I put them in a hamper, and its not cost effective for me to do a load of laundry every day.

Since they are soaked, rinse them out in the shower or sink. That should get rid of the sweat and nastiness. Squeeze out the excess water and hang them out to dry overnight, like on a towel bar or something. They should dry without smelling too bad. You can throw them in the hamper then.

OR…

Just put the clothes in a plastic bag and tie it closed. Throw it in the hamper and open it up when you are dumping all your clothes into the washer.

3.Greentea
Green tea contains antioxidants that can help to boost immune function, therefore with immune system strengthening substances green tea protects your body from getting cold or flu. A recent study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition showed that subjects taking a special preparation of green tea as a capsule experienced 23% less of getting cold and flu overall and 36% fewer sick days.

4.Goldenseal
Goldensea provides nutrients that enhance the immune system and help fight the cold and flu, shortening the duration of colds and flu. It also is one of the most popular herbal combinations for respiratory issues, used by Native Americans for centuries.

5.Astragalus
Astralagus has been used in Asia to prevent cold and flu for more than 2,000 years. This herb stimulates the body’s production of interferon, which is a potent immune protein that boosts your ability to fight infections and diseases.

6.Peppermint
Peppermint is an expectorant and a decongestant. It may offer some relief for mild asthma attacks, lessening bronchial constriction and making it easier to breathe. Peppermint promotes sweating, which could possibly help regulate body temperature during a fever, which is good news during cold and flu season.

Sweating Workout

Sweating Workout
How much should a person sweat during a running workout? Is alot of sweating an indication of better fitness?

I’m training for the Marine Corp. Marathon and during my training runs my clothes are compeltely soaked with sweat. It’s been very hot/humid however I sweat more than my training partners. I’m taking gu shots and drinking lots of water during my training runs. Help me understand any principles on the amt. of sweating that is normal.

Some people sweat more than other people do. When hot and humid some do really pour it out. You should be careful about drinking too much water when doing the run. Also do not drink cold or ice water. That will lower the temperature inside and make your body sweat even more. Cool water but not cold with some lemon juice and a little salt works well. Not too much salt just a little. Too much water can cause other problems so find the balance so you do not become dehydrated.
