Symptoms Sweating Tired

Could I have the swine flu with these symptoms?

Fever
nagging cough
cold sweat
tired
achy muscles
(no sore throat that I can detect)

Also I was sitting next to a girl in class who was coughing all over and then she went to the Dr. and they said she had swine flu.
also should I go to the doctor? I work in a clinic with a bunch of people and little kids and I don’t want to spread it.

yes you could have it, those are all symptoms. It doesnt mean you have it forsure but just to make sure go to the doctor because you might spread it!!!
