To those people who have had Swine Flu… pls list all your symptoms, length and remedies used.?
SYMPTOMS:
Dry Cough
Really bad night sweats/Fever
Very heavy tight chest/Sometimes felt I couldn’t breath
Dizziness
Nauseous
Earache
Little striking pains all over head then a very weird mild headache
Tiredness
Chills
Aching Muscles
Upset stomach/diarrheoa
Very bad sore throat
Loss of appetite
Incredibly dry/thirsty
LENGTH:
My symptoms lasted in total for around 7 days. Had 3 very ‘ill’ days.
REMEDIES:
NO anti-viral medication
Lemsips/Paracetomol
Lots of water
Vicks Inhaler
Honey based Lozenges
Plenty of fresh air / big quilt / xbox!
I am 3 days into it and its not very nice…
SYMPTOMS:
Dry Cough (don’t really have a cough)
Really bad night sweats/Fever (yes last 2 nights freezing cold waking up in puddles of sweat)
Dizziness (yes)
Nauseous (yes)
Earache (yes)
Little striking pains all over head then a very weird mild headache (bad headache)
Tiredness (very)
Chills (starting to go away)
Aching Muscles (yep)
Upset stomach/diarrhoea (no)
Very bad sore throat (really sore like really bad tonsillitis)
Loss of appetite (cant eat cos of throat)
Incredibly dry/thirsty (yes)
REMEDIES:
Tamiflu
codeine and paracetomol
water
throat spray
