Sweaty Palms Nervous
I’ve had sweaty palms for as long as I can remember. They are sort of sweaty right now as I type, and I’m not even nervous one bit. I am so embarrassed when it comes to holding a girl’s hand or when we hold hands during the Our Father in church. What can I do? I’ve heard of surgery but that really sounds like too much.
Is the surgery expensive?
Maybe talking to my dermatologist when I go to talk about my acne would be a good idea.
There are a number of good solutions. A product called Drysol is a liquid treatment that you apply that will cause the sweating to decrease significantly. There are also electrical devices that provide a mild electric shock (you can hardly feel it) that do the same thing. You should talk to your doctor or a dermatologist.
