Sweaty Palms Fever
Am i suffering from some kind of disorder or illness?
when i was a kid and when i used to have a fever i used hallucinate really bad and still do even now sometimes. Sometimes i get someone shouting in my head and getting fustrated with me, its all in my head and sorta like a imagination. I get really anxious and sweaty palms and feel sudden heat rush through my body, i get dizzy and feel sick sometimes like im gonna faint. Is something wrong with me?
No, perhaps one way of looking at it is:
Your unconcious mind speaks to you very loudly.
Everyone has a rapport with their unconcious, some people get pictures others get an ‘inner voice’ others a deep emotion.
Everyones challenge is to master them.
Try over the comming weeks and months take note of in which situations this happens.
Maybe at some point in your past you attached some angry feelings, words, or even something you heard on tv to a certain situation, or emotion, or thought.
You can allow this ‘voice’ to speak to you in kinder ways, you can allow this voice (which as you know is you) to be in rapport with the person you are ( as you grow) and want to be (as you grow towards something)
Maybe too that you need to think about what happened when you were a kid and sick and feverish and hallucinating. Was someone angry with you (wrongly or even rightly) in that situation. Figure out where the link is, perhaps it was so long ago that you have forgotten. Maybe you needed to forget, and now its telling you ‘OK this needs to be addressed’
Were you abused? Did you suffer embarasment as a child? are you holding onto something that no longer belongs with you? – All difficult questions to confront. BUt when you are calm and at peace you can ponder it with an attitude toward forgiving them, us and yourself.
ONe mantra
I am calm, I am good, I am happy healthy and wise.
Say it. It can be this simple.
