Sweaty Palms Children
How do I get over this. (serious)?
Im 14 and I am obsessed with a certain actor (I wouldn’t go so far as to harm him in anyway, or become a paparazzi or anything.). But every time I see a picture of him my palms get sweaty and it gets harder to breathe. Every time I see a movie that he’s in on TV I have to watch it, even if i’ve seen it a thousand times. If we drive past a blockbuster I have to look and check if there’s a poster of him in the window. I just can’t control myself if it gets bad. He invades every dream I have at night. Even though he’s married I still like his wife, she’s an amazing actress. So I don’t know how to stop this, I can’t forget about him completely. That would be like a mother having to forget about her child (that made no sense…). I sometimes catch myself taking to him through the TV. (I’m not crazy…I’m not crazy…) This is starting to effect my life way too much, please help, -H
