Sweating Urine

why do i get exessive groin sweat that my trousers get soaked thro and there is no smell, its not urine?
so why do i get this, and what to do. my doctor said there is no reason
I use talc and wear loose cotton clothing and still need to change clothing constantly. nothing seems to work. My doctor doesn’t no why either.
Some people sweat more than others. Have u tried antiperspirant sprayed around the groin and wear cotton underpants.
Excessive sweating can be a symptom of diabetes too. But you you would have other signs too like excessive thirst, hunger, weight loss and frequent urination plus headaches.
