Sweating Removes Toxins
Does sweating really help remove toxins within the skin?

I heard about this somewhere however I’m not sure if it’s true. If it is, would anyone mind telling me if there’s other benefits to sweating, and what would happen if someone doesn’t perspire? An answer would be very much appreciated :-)

God gave to us seasons for a reason.
And summer and sweating go hand in hand —————-except for all of the climate controlled buildings.
When we ingest something that our body is unfamiliar with instead of removing it through the urinal tract of by deification it stores it. Somewhere in the fatty tissue.
Sweating removes these toxins.

People that live and work in the climate controlled world and do not perspire seem to be sick all the time.
Summer colds, the flu in the summer; there is a Guy here on Y/A today with tonsillitis.

These are things you do not experience when you live ‘the seasons’. Country folk that have to work outdoors have very healthy lives, clear skin and are muscular toned.

We have spoiled ourselves literally “To Death!”
