Sweating Fitness Level
im 13. 5’8 194 lbs and i have low testosterone levels so my doctor told me to lose weight. ive been doing since like 1 month and this is what i do at the gym (lifetime fitness). i dont have a workout plan. that stuff is stupid. i run like 15 minutes every day. i work on legs everyday. cardio mostly. i do muscle training exercises. i lift weights. you know curl ups..those type of stuff and and i do arm exercises. i play basketball everyday. (sweat like hell).. is that any good. you think ill lose weight keep doing those even thought i have low testosterone

You might be overworking yourself. I use to do the same, I exercised for like an hour, then played 2 hours of ball. I was starving by the end of the day.
You don’t need to work legs everyday. Focus on one body part per day. If you must play basketball, you don’t need to run, since basketball is a running sport. Lastly you don’t need anything too much. As long as you eat healthy and enough, your body will focus on trying to lose weight.
