Sweat Benches
Custom Headbands For Sports
Headbands are an extremely useful item to have when it comes to playing almost all sports. They mainly are used to stop sweat from dripping down on your forehead, but are also commonly used by many athletes as a fashion statement. We see this “fashion statement”, if you will, in basketball leagues a lot. However, It’s not limited to basketball, it exists is sports like tennis, soccer, and track as well. Ever since headbands became easily customizable they have been extremely popular with small and mid-size clubs. Now, one doesn’t have to be part of the biggest league to get the opportunity to have their logo on a sweatband.
Tennis Headbands
If I had one word to describe the sport tennis than it would be multitask. I mean hear you are with tennis balls coming at you at speeds over 50 miles per hour, making split second decisions, and swinging your racket at just the right angle so you fool your opponent. I’m sure someone who plays tennis regularly would laugh at that description, but let’s face it – it’s true. Sweat becomes an issue in tennis because with too much of it you risk losing your visibility. Headbands can really help you out in the department of keeping your site by putting a roadblock on the sweat before it has the opportunity to roll down to your eyes.
Basketball Headbands
Basketball is right up there in the physical department as the rest of the sports I am talking about. Sure, you can cherry pick and move at lazy paces, but no matter what you are still going to sweat (unless you’re on the bench). Using wrist and head sweatbands allow you to prevent slip-ups and errors that could literally cost you the game. It’s really not pleasing to lose a game because the sweat on your hands caused the ball to slip through and go out of bounds.
Soccer Headbands
In a lot of sports you need hand-eye coordination, but not soccer. In soccer you need foot-eye coordination and you need it in the worst way. Anything that jeopardizes your ability to communicate with the key areas that your body uses for soccer will compromise your game. For soccer don’t sweat it, buy yourself a pair of headbands.
Track Headbands
Running. Running. Running. That is what track is all about. Pacing yourself so that you can finish up strong. I’d say more than anything headbands are used in cross country. Track-stars try to stay as light weight as possible, but if you are running through woods and weird trails you begin to care a little more about sweat.
