Stop Sweating Hands
How can I stop my hands from sweating when i’m driving?
I’m learning to drive at the moment and I think it’s probably cause im so nervous, but I always get really sweaty hands and it’s so awful lol cause when i have my hands on the wheel their like sliiping everywhere.
Does anyone else get this?
And is there anyway to stop my hands getting sweaty? It’s really embarrassing if my instructor touches the wheel lol.

Sweating is a natural process to keep our body cool, but too much or excessive sweating is an abnormal which is also called Hyperdrosis. Using antiperspirant or deodorant are very common to use and it is one way to eliminite too much sweating. But in many cases, it is not enough to use it.
That is why people are searching some another way to stop too much sweating. I am recommend you to seek help with Medical Professionals out there, because mostly, Doctors aren’t qualified to eliminate excessive sweating. If you try anything but doesn’t work, why dont you try to use “Natural Methods” to combat your sweating problem.
