SSRIs & BPD?
You name the SSRI I have taken it: Zoloft (worked for a while), Cymbalta (made me sweat), Effexxor (ditto plus bad sex) Celexa (convulsions), Zyprexa (Zombie) & Serzone : (morning sickness). I tried Straterra to no avail also. I refuse to take Prozac Or Lexapro from the horror stories I heard.
Then I learn medication doesn’t treat bpd: just the symptoms. If I took a pill for every symptom: I wouldn’t be able to function so I just take pills for my severe insomnia (Xanax, Pro Som & Trazadone)
My ? IS: has any1 else experienced this or similar problems?
I am borderline NOT bi polar & whoever said meds help Borderline don’t know poop. There IS no medication for borderline personality disorder!~~

I think there are more targeted drugs for the treatment
of BPD.
My friend was on clonapin (spelling?). It worked fine
for him and he was a corporate executive!
Ask your doctor about “abillify” (spelling?), I hear that’s
being used now.
