Social Anxiety Disorder Sweating
social anxiety disorder.. help?
i’ve been having this disorder for years and i’ve taken paxil for more than a year.. it has helped in fast heart beating and sweatiness.. but i still get nervous.. so a year later.. i went to this new doctor and told him about it.. he switched the medicine to buspirone.. this medicine has made me sweat soo much when im meeting with people or just thinking about another person.. it caused me dizziness and wanting to throw up.. i tried to contact with the doctor but he never answers my call.. i live in baton rouge louisiana. is there any other way for me to solve this? this medicine has made it worser.
if he doesn’t return your calls keep calling or go down to his office and tell them you are having a reaction to the medication and you want to switch. i am going through the same thing with my doctor for anxiety. i was on wellbutrin sr, among many other different meds and they all had bad side effects. i finally got another doctors opinion and she told me to tell my primary doctor to put me on a small dose of lexapro. she says it has the least amount of side effects. my doctor is on vacation now so i have to wait so i don’t know how it works. i have been trying to get on the right meds for over a month. i would just keep bugging your doctor, call a few times a day or go down there or change doctors.
