Progesterone Sweating

I think I am starting Peri Menopause…I am 40ish, have been having irregular periods?
(had internal sonogram..nothing is wrong) last months bleeding lasted 12 days…when my period was supposed to come, that night I broke out into a night sweat!! My grandmother, mother and 2 cousins all started going thru at about my age!!! Anyway my gyno took blood and my FSH came back 7.8.. I heard on Oprah that between 2-5 is normal…Progesterone is 14.5 and Estrogen is 59…Is anybody familiar
with these number and what they mean…the only one I know is the FSH. Which means what if it’s a bit high???
If you’re FSH is high it usually means you are perimenopausal as menopause occurs when your hormones change. You can take herbal supplements when you feel the symptoms begin of hot/cold flashes, mood swings, trouble sleeping, change in diet, et centra.
Make sure you talk with your gyno and doctor regularly.
