When Does PMS become PMDD?

I’ve always had bad periods, but about 2 years ago I took the pill Mycrogynon 30 for about 1 year, I had to stop it because I had exteme side effects which included manic moods verging on psychotic episodes, my exzema flaired up so badly my skin was like elephant hide, I had constant cold sores all round my mouth, lips and even in my eyes, I went from being a very outgoing person, to a shy, reclusive mess, I even feel the pill made me “stupid” and I had bad short term memory problems, I would also become very confused, sometimes forgetting which day it was etc. Now I have been off it for about 2 years, (took it from 05-06) I am left with extreme premenstrual symptoms which include:

manic moods, runny nose and sinus problems, stomach pains, cramps, extreme pains in my calf muscles in my leg at night, sweats, feeling sick, horrible tastes in my mouth, nightmares, cold sores and spots, crying all the time, migrane headaches, flu like body aches and tiredness, pale skin etc
