Niacin Sweating
Is weed out of my system after 4 and 1/2 weeks?
I quit smoking weed about 4 and 1/2 weeks ago so I can join the ARMY. Since I quit smoking, I have been drinking Nothing but water(pissing every 30 minutes). Working out some, to help sweat it out, as well as 3 times a week I took 2 500mg pills of Niacin to speed up my matabolism to help vacate the Thc quicker. Now I know NO amount of Niacin will “flush” out Thc, and No amount of water can “flush” it out either, I do know that in the Long run, these methods do help.
I baught an at home drug test and the test itself was defective, meaning, in both colums “C” and “T” there was no line going thruogh either columns. I called the 800 number on the test and they said the test itself had failed and to get my money back. This happened 2 times in a row.
I swore off smoking weed for good to better my life nd persue my military dream, so, I just wanna know, after all I have done to help cleanse myslef, am I clean? (I am 5’9 and 190lbs not fat, not skinny male)
If I were you I would try purchasing another home drug test, possibly another brand or looking up a top provider of drug testing kits on-line. From what I have read, marijuana stays in your system for thirty days… but dependent on the persons physique and lifestyle, I am sure this time length can vary. Cranberry juice, (not the cocktail), helps cleanse your system as well… I drink this when I am fasting to self-cleanse or when I am on a strict cardio regimen. Vitamin B also helps your metabolism and helps break down the waste in your body more efficiently. It is a great thing that you are choosing to better your life and joining the military will definitely assist you with that. If you can possibly get your MEPS date pushed back another week or two, this could give you more time to “clean up.” Good luck.
