Nausea Sweating Fainting

Why do I feel like fainting after a workout?
There’s been occasions where I pick up working out after not doing it for a while, and after I have eaten all day long, and then only worked out for 30 minutes, my body is sweating (which is normal) but cold sweats, light headed, dizzy, a bit of nausea, and the need or feeling of doing a bowel movement or urinating. Tonight I actually blanked out for a couple of seconds. Should I be concerned and consult a doctor or is it just dehydration, which I didn’t think I was???? This is isn’t the first time it’s happen either….any suggestions???
