Sweating more means losing more weight?

I sweat more when on the stair climber for 20 minutes than walking on treadmill for 1 hour.

So does sweating more mean losing more weight?

Also, is drinking LOTS of water during working out good or bad?

Well sweating means your burning calories but You have to be aware of what your eating.The water replinishes your body during exercise.If you want to lose weight take it from me its a combination of some exercise,alot of what you eat, and WATER WATER WATER and an alternative a non sugary beverage when you want to “treat yourself.”I have seen many times that when you drink alot of water you are kinda teasing your stomach as if its full on food but really its from the excessive amount of water but dont get carried away.Just eat light foods to where you wont have a big not in your stomach and fill the rest of your belly with water.You will be bloated like you’ve had a case of beer but it will go down quick.Personally i eat alot of chicken and rice because its kinda light and about 15 more lbs. i’ll be at my goal.Good luck on it.Hope i gave you the best answer although i went a bit too much into detail probably…sorry.
