any advice or help would be great
what is the difference between a panic attack or anxiety attack?
im 18 ive been having them for the passed 3 years now.
I remember the first one i ever had. I was sitting in my bed room and my mom was out with her friends at the bar, it was like 1am, i was laying in bed i shut my eyes and i started thinking that my mom was going to get kidnapped and killed. I started crying, sweating i had to go wake my grandmother up, i had to call my mom to tell her to come home she did and we staied up till 3 in the morning becuase i couldnt stop crying.
Now ill get them ill be getting ready to go to sleep, and i think the walls are closing in, then my heart starts pumpin so fast it hurts il start crying and ill have to wake my boyfriend up at like 2 in the morn so he can walk outside with me.
I get them often, i know how you feel.
Dont be embarrased, its nothing to be asahmed of, everyone goes through it atleast once in their lives, dont worry youll be okay. Trust me, im 18 my mom wants to put me on valums because i have them all the time, i just try and laugh it off.
=/
best of luck to you,
