Extra Sweaty Armpits
I have REALY bad sweaty underarms, i can’t wear tight or light colour tops! it’s very embarasing what do i do?
Recently i have had really bad sweaty armpit problems no matter how hot or cold i am feeling. It’s getting really annoying now aspecially as summers coming and i can’t wear light coloured or tight tops, even if i have an extra layer on underneath. I really don’t know what to do pleaseeeee help!! I;m dreading what i can wear for my birthday coming up too!
I’ve heard that vitamin B complex tablets, drinking alot of water and eating less salts help… Is this true? and is there a quicker way of getting rid of the problem?

I went to the doc and they gave me some medicine , I apply it at night , its clear and you are supposed to blot it on like a bingo dobber not rub it. Then in the morning I apply Secert Clinical strength deoderant. That usually works for me.
