Endometriosis Sweating

I Had Surgery 3 weeks ago…now I can’t eat without getting sick!

I had to have a laproscopic surgery about 3 weeks ago due to terrible pain and episodes of nausea and vomitting. They found that I have stage 3 endometriosis, resulting in severe distortion of my pelvic anatomy, infertility, and massive adhesions especially around my bowels, hence, their explination for my pain and nausea. BUT, now 3 weeks later I am still having some major problems. Only about a week and half ago did I get my appetite back, but now whenever I eat, about 20 minutes after I start feeling nauseated, I break out into a cold sweat, feel shaky and have the worst cramps imaginable until finally I have horrible diareahha that sometimes lasts for up to 2 hours after I eat. I spoke with my doctor and he feels as though my bowels are just stressed from the operation…but he expected it to be better by now…seems like its getting worse. I am not currently on any medications…they gave me pain meds to take but they make me queesy as well. Thanks for the help.

I know this isn’t going to be what you want to hear- but It took my body about 6 weeks to recover from the same surgery. I had similar symptoms. That said- Only you know your body. If something isn’t right, keep seeking answers. Endo can do strange things, and it’s not understood by all doctors. Find a specialist.
