Diabetes Sweating

is unusual sweating a side effect of lithium and clozapine?
My mum, who has been taking lithium (1g/d) and clozapine (100-125mg/d), is constantly experiencing unusual amount of sweating (now is the cold winter in China)
is unusual sweating a side effect of lithium and clozapine? Has any of you experienced similar stuff?
Besides, she has diabetes as well and is now on metformin

Psych meds usually dry you out.
Metformin can initially make you sweat at first and may be bringing her glucose down.
