Baby Sweating Fever

What do I doin this state of confusion?
Im really ..well i jsut dont know hwo to handle this. basically i just found out im pregnant and im scared for my baby because I abuse alcohol and drugs (oxycontin) very often due to something that happend in the past when I was 8. Its really hard to go cold turkey because you get sick (fever, sweats, etc) when you go off it and i cant handle that..what is your best advice?
and please dont ask my age..
Let nothing but air and water pass your lips, with a side of confidence to a person you trust. The pain will always pass, but up to you to not start the spiral again.
