this sounds gross but, how can i stop from getting awful armpit sweat?
i’m actually cold but my armpits sweat as soon as i put a shirt on! it’s really gross and i just need to know if there are any remedies for too much damn sweat! (don’t be mean… serious answers only please!)
First, if you drink lots of soda and eat lots of fattening foods…cut down! they cause you to sweat even when you aren’t excersizing….other than that, I wouldn’t know what to do.
